Part 2

Movement test

A single movement is enough: the overhead squat. Complete by nature, it engages ankles, hips, trunk and shoulders in one go — the ideal movement to reveal your imbalances.

You perform it with a broomstick, film yourself, then answer a guided set of questions to assess your sensations and analyse your execution. Simple, fast, and precise enough to generate a personalised mapping.

Deficit tests
