Why Deep exists

I discovered CrossFit in 2013, almost by accident. Instant love.

Young and hungry, I trained a lot. Competitions, volume, intensity. And what was bound to happen happened: injuries.

That's when I understood that "more" wasn't the answer.

I worked on strength for years. Little progress. It was when I started adding mobility (GoWOD, Romwod, Yoga) that I began breaking through plateaus. But something was still off. I was stalling. I kept getting small injuries here and there, without understanding why.

It was Jérémy, a physiotherapist, who opened my eyes. I had imbalances and muscular deficits that I was compensating for every session, every rep. And by compensating, I was slowly breaking down.

We worked together on structural strength. The gains were huge: less discomfort during WODs, and performance that kept improving.

I wanted to keep that deep work accessible all the time. And share it with everyone going through the same thing without knowing it yet.

That's why we built Deep.
